Gary Meyer, who runs the Balboa Theater, sent an email which reads: Join the Golden Globes Party at the Balboa Theatre on Sunday, January 16. Cheer and jeer. Come dressed up or dressed down or as your favorite nominated movie or TV show. Doors open at 4:45pm and the show starts at 5pm sharp. PARIS — The Board of Selectmen on Monday filled four vacancies on the Planning Board. Unanimously appointed were Matthew Brackett, David Knox, Christopher Gordon and Gary Meyer.
