least on the fence about this legislation? mr. walker: i think mark has to speak for himself and i guess for the freedom caucus. the r.s.c. we went through heavy negotiations last thursday evening. we were able to get across block grant options and able to tax some of the tax credits so we re excited about the changes that have been made. we believe the bill is good enough and we believe we can get to a yes vote tonight. pedro: as far as the members of the study committee, what are they doing to gain support? are they reaching out to other members of the freedom caucus? those that are on the fence? mr. walker: gary palmer who is on our steering committee, he s a yes as well. when we talk about a freedom caucus as a block, we have some who have committed to being a yes on this particular bill. pedro: what about the concerns that still linger about this plan, particularly as we heard some talk about a potential rise in premium, similar aspects of the affordable care act that we
