Investigators out here on scene tell me the driver from what it appears to be a Nissan Maxima, as i zoom out, rearended the back of the dump truck, that driver of that nissan, the Passenger Car died on the scene. Take you to video i shot when i first got out here on the scene. This happened just before 3 00 this morning, again, the driver of the car was traveling in the northbound of brookshire boulevard here and then rearended that dump truck that you just saw in the video.
