A 49-year-old Henrico woman is dead following a domestic disturbance in a West End neighborhood Aug. 7. Amber Kavanagh Riley died in the incident, which occurred at a residence in the 9500 block of Downing Street, in the Gates Head neighborhood off Pemberton Road, at about 3 p.m. Henrico Police arrived and made contact with

Henrico Police identified the woman found dead in a western Henrico County home as Amber Kavanagh Riley.

Police are asking neighbors along Downing Street, near Pemberton Road in Henrico's West End, to stay indoors due to an "active call."
