An 11-story life sciences research building will be constructed on the Drexel University campus in Philadelphia, bringing 500,000 square feet of custom-designed lab space to University City. Drexel is working with Gatusso Development Partners on the project at 3201 Cuthbert St., adjacent to the university's historic Armory near 32nd Street and JFK Boulevard.
