Warrants released in the case of Brian Walshe, the Cohasset man accused of slaying his wife in the first hours of the year, confirm Ana Walshe was having an affair and also reveal a mysterious ransom note sent to police in the first days of the investigation.

Friends and neighbors from the Back Bay to Cohasset thought Brian Walshe was a good husband and a fun-loving guy. Then his wife disappeared.

In images obtained by DailyMail.com, the 39-year-old realtor can be seen posing for corporate photographs in October 2021 when she was working for Gem Mutlu in Boston.

The Massachusetts real estate manager who went missing on New Years Day was planning to sell off assets as she promised a big surprise for 2023 before vanishing, friends have said.

Ana Walshe, 39, appeared several times on her Instagram without her ring, and over the last year, the mom-of-three was seen on her feed three times without it.

Missing Massachusetts mother Ana Walshe scrawled an ominous message in red marker on a champagne bottle box on New Years Eve, hours before she vanished.

Ana Walshe left her husband a note reflecting on the new year just hours before she disappeared, according to a report.

What appears to be a prepared statement and a to-do list scribbled on lined paper was found on the dining table at Ana and Brian Walshes rented home in Cohasset, Massachusetts.

Police continue to piece together a 72-hour window between Jan. 1, when Ana Walshe was last seen alive, and Jan. 4, when she was reported missing.

Milanka Ljubicic spoke from her home in Belgrade, telling DailyMail.com that her son-in-law Brian Walshe saved her life after she suffered a stroke a year ago.
