A Marshall, Texas teen shot and mortally wounded near the Clyde Fant Memorial Parkway Saturday, February 18, 2023, has been named by the Caddo Parish Coroner's office.
After the stop, Bracknell approached the female officer and slammed her into a vehicle. He then placed his hands around the officer’s throat and began physically choking her.
