French President Emmanuel Macron on Wednesday held a telephonic conversation with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and reiterated the support and solidarity of the French people in the context of a particularly deadly COVID-19 epidemic wave in India.

Kate Hampton is CEO of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF).
