Charles “Bill” William Snyder, 88 Before Charles “Bill” William Snyder passed away from COVID-19 on December 11, 2020 he said he wanted to take his nursing staff at St. Alexius in Bismarck to Denny’s to thank them for the wonderful care and he wanted his favorite server so he could give her a BIG tip.
