A beleaguered wind farm development has changed its name and halved the amount of proposed turbines in an attempt to garner support from both traditional owners and the government.
The fate of Chalumbin, which borders on the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area in Far North Queensland, rests squarely in the hands of Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek.
