Moscow’s 2021 Seventh to Sixth Street Sanitary Replacement project will begin on Tuesday.
Crews will remove and replace the sanitary and storm sewer mains located in the alley connecting Sixth Street and Seventh Street between 113 East 6th Street and 609 South Washington Street.
The work will include upgrading the deteriorating sanitary sewer pipe, replacing an aging storm sewer system, and repaving the alley.
The City of Moscow has contracted Germer Construction Inc. to complete the project.
There will be a temporary street and sidewalk closure of Sixth Street from Main Sreet to Washington Street for the entirety of the project.
Crews are expected to finish on August 27th.
