That snare was set out for an adult bear, but this poor creature got caught in it. So these guys are trying to get that metal rope from around it. Bear cubs have to stay with their mom up to two and a half years. They cannot survive on their own. An animal expert in the area believes mom was probably nearby waiting with the baby, try to release the cub, wasnt able to do it and went on her way, but these guys were able to get the bear free after working on the rope.
