Economist Lord Mensah has described as terrible the change of timelines for Ghana to secure an International Monetary Fund (IMF) programme.

The Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Managing Director, Kristalina Georgieva,  has given the Fund’s firm assurance that it will act swiftly to approve Ghana’s programme request as soon as a deal is reached with its creditors.
