JDU supports early settlement of Naga political issue

Dimapur, Aug. 13 (EMN): Nagaland unit of the Janata Dal United (JDU) informed that its party leadership was serious in finding a permanent solution to the Naga political issue at the earliest. The Nagaland JDU made this declaration during a meeting held in the residence of its party general secretary, Kitoho S Rotokha under 5 Ghaspani II Assembly Constituency, on August 12. The programme was chaired by Khezheto Rochill. An update from the party stated that the meeting was addressed by the state party secretary Holuvi Awomi; state general secretaries, Imsumongba Pongen and Kitoho S Rotokha. While addressing the gathering, the leaders have emphasised on the need for a stronger secular credentials. They stated that Nitish Kumar, the chief mister of Bihar, was keen to resolve the Naga political issue at the earliest stating that he had exhibited his party sincerity both inside and outside the parliament on various occasion.
