if america starts filing criminal prosecution against all these child abductors, which we would in our own country if they took them across state lines, then the country where the child is abducted will say were not going to return the child back to their home state because then the parent will be in jail and they wont be able to see the child. >> time is our enemy and they are adept at manipulating and keeping these cases going...
