Gaming Innovation Group (GiG), has signed an agreement with Malta-based gaming company DT9 Media for the provision of its automated marketing compliance tool, GiG Comply.
GiG’s self-serve compliance solution enables operators to scan web pages for content including links and igaming code red words. It works by using its rules engine to analyse real snapshots from affiliates’ campaigns and provides operators with the promotional content that is being used in their brands’ promotions.

Marathonbet becomes latest operator to integrate GiG Comply Share
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) in order to integrate the
GiG Comply compliance tool.
GiG Comply is tailored to cover market-specific legislation and advertising standards, ensuring Marathonbet meets compliance requirements in various territories.
The self-service marketing compliance software will allow Marathonbet to establish checklist perimeters with specific criteria to scan and check thousands of affiliate websites for content such as iGaming code red words.
This in turn will assist the firm in ensuring that its affiliates operate in line with its brand and marketing message and standards, as well as identify where to rectify any potential promotional breaches and further strengthen the company’s general compliance approach.

GiG and bet365 extend marketing compliance partnership

UK-based online gambling giant bet365 has renewed its marketing compliance partnership with Gaming Innovation Group (GiG).
Under the agreement, GiG will continue to provide bet365 with access to its GiG Comply self-serve marketing compliance screening tool.
Bet365 will use the tool to create bespoke compliance checks, covering market-specific legislation and advertising standards.
GiG Comply scans web pages for content, including igaming code red words, links and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, helping operators to maintain marketing compliance and ensure affiliates are fully aligned with their brand message.
