Springfield police officers Giselle Made, Natasha Rodriguez celebrate early Mother’s Day with baby they helped deliver

On Thursday, the two officers made the time.
Made and Rodriguez paid a surprise visit to Millan’s Pine Point home to deliver some flowers as an early Mother’s Day present, and to finally pose for that picture.
The first time they met Millan, it was part of another delivery. On the morning of Nov. 4, they helped Millan give birth to Avril inside her Margerie Street home.
“Oh, my gosh!” Millan said as Made and Rodriguez, accompanied by Police Commissioner Cheryl C. Clapprood, walked into her driveway as she was unloading her car.
