Following a meeting of the World Health Assembly in Geneva, attended by the Princess Charlene of Monaco Foundation, a landmark global drowning prevention resolution has been enacted. It is the first in the history of the World Health Organisation.
The signing ceremony was chaired by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA), with the participation of their nine partners including the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Youth Union.
The exhibition, entitled "Shared concerns and action”, was organised by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the Campaign For Tobacco-Free Kids/Global Health Advocacy Incubator and the World Health Organisation.
