Personnel were escorted out of the facility with their hands in the air. Initial reports were that this was happening in building 26. That houses offices and barracks for wounded soldiers. After a full investigation officials gave the all clear. Also developing, Worcester Police are investigating whether a man was hit by a Freight Train first the victim of a crime. Hector ramos was found on the tracks near lincoln and prescott sunday night. Police are waiting for autopsy results.
