general kelly came out and said we made a mistake. we should have let the information out to the embassies, airlines, customs officials, look at it. and then put it into effect. instead, they put it into eye effect and you had airlines interpreted in different ways, consular officials interm receipted different it different. american citizens involved, they ve cleared all of that up and it s a smoother process. legal permanent residents are not affected by this. they get to come in. legal visa holders are not affected. they get a chance to come in. all these things have been cleared up. but now let s pause and say now what. you believe the president has the legal authority to do this right now. yeah. but the president is not backing down. he says that he had to do it right away. he couldn t wait a week or a month because terrorists would have flood the country.
