Goencho Awaz criticises CM statements in Sindhudurg
Panaji: Goencho Awaz criticised the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant for his alleged three statements on Swayampurna Goem, Goa Medical College and Mopa airport during his recent visit to Sindhudurg.
Captain Viriato Fernandes co-convenor of Goencho Awaz addressing the media along with Swapnesh Verlekar co-convenor, Pramod Naik executive member and Ninio Correa executive member said that the Chief Minister went to Sindhudurg and made three different statements which reflects on Goa very badly and told them that Swayampurna Goa will never be achieved.
He said as you know during the pandemic the Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a slogan of “Atmanirbhar Bharat’’ and at the same time Chief Minister Sawant also gave a slogan “Swayampurna Goem’’.
