$33k back to community so far from online bingo  | Columbia Valley, Cranbrook, East Kootenay, Elk Valley, Kimberley

Posted: May 10, 2021 $33k back to community so far from online bingo  Cranbrook Sunrise Rotary Club joined the Golden Rotary Club in their Rotary Community Online Bingo back in October 2020. Each participating Rotary club receives a percentage of funds received from the bingo based on the number of cards sold. This is determined by the cards purchased and the club you choose to support. Funds the clubs receive go back into your community through donations and projects. Cranbrook Sunrise Rotary club has donated a total of $33,000 of the funds received to date to support the following organizations. We started off our donations by joining with the Cranbrook Rotary Noon club to each donate $5,000 to East Kootenay Regional Hospital Foundry Project (Pictured above). These funds were matched so total donations was $20,000.

Thanks to the support of our players we have been able to continue the program and expand it to include more Rotary Clubs and more communities,” Golden Rotary outlined.
