Billiri General Hospital in the Billiri Local Government Area of Gombe State is in complete ruins as it has become unusable for patients with several buildings in the hospital in total collapse and abandoned. The hospital has an administration block, a general outpatient department, accident and emergency unit, nursing and pharmacy units, laboratories, surgical and medical wards for both male and female patients, and paediatric ward, among others.
