Google seems to have intentionally limited the "Pro" controls to the larger Pixel 8 model.

Google has artificially locked pro camera features to the Pixel 8 Pro - developers have now ported these features to older Pixel phones.

A series of posts made on X (formerly Twitter) reveal the Pro Controls from the Pixel 8 Pro reportedly running on a Pixel 7 Pro. The feat was made possible by modding the Google Camera APK.
