And a bank. One officer was injured by a thrown brick. Police say they made three arrests. The officer who fired the fatal shot was wearing a body camera. But the video has not yet been released. Also breaking overnight. The hunt is on for the person who shot and killed a Police Officer in georgia. It happened at about 9 30 just south of atlanta. Police say that Patrol Officer tim smith was responding to a suspicious person call. And was shot when he encountered the suspect. The shooter then fled the scene. Police say smith was in his early 30s. No other information about him has been made available. Smith was not wearing a body camera. Also breaking over night. Marty police are investigating a double homicide in downtown oakland. It happened on 15th street just before one this morning. When Police Arrived on the scene, they found at least two people dead from apparent gunshot wounds. A third person was also found shot and rushed to a hospital. His condition is uknown.
