no, and let me be clear you heard me say it before, whether we like it or not, there s a wide latitude to say things in america, to say lies even. there s not a lot of latitude to lie in government proceedings. the last piece we showed you was giuliani at a government state hearing. that s why the grand jury bore down on that. you have trump officials clearly committing what looked like fraud before the government. that s not protected before the first amendment. then you have john eastman pushing the fraudulent elector plot to a government body, the georgia senate. in the early decades of our nation s history, most state legislatures selected their state s presidential electors themselves. i don t think it s just nour authority to do that, but quite frankly i think you have a duty to do that, to protect the integrity of the election here in georgia. a duty. you don t often see that video
