of their attack cases to see if there s a link to gardiner. does gardiner appear to have been in this area during the same time all these happened. is that where they begin? yes, it appears at this point that he has been around the vicinity. basically bouncing from an apartment complex he was living in up until recently where he had been staying with his mom for a couple of months. so there are, you know, there are a lot of disturbing clues in this case. also, gardiner back in 2000, he was charged with assaulting a 13-year-old. and really should have been behind bars for ten years. but was only given six years. he served five. he was out in 2005. then on a gps monitoring system until 2008. so that s really where chelsea s parents were stepping in saying, you know what? the justice system failed us. if he had been behind bar, this never would have happened. how about the connection between him and chelsea king? are they making further inroads in that so it looks like he will
