The city is reviewing a permit for FLC Contracting LLC to build-out a former SunTrust Bank branch at 12929 Atlantic Blvd. for Jacksonville-based First Florida Credit Union. The East Arlington office is a $372,700 project to remodel the 4,190-square-foot building on a 1.06-acre outparcel in front of Lowe’s.
