1 man arrested, 1 still at large after fatal shooting near Fair Park

One suspect is in custody and another remains at large after a December slaying near Fair Park.
Edward Ray Sims, 35, was arrested on a murder charge Monday in connection with the death of 32-year-old Taboric Lee.
Police found Lee after he had been shot the afternoon of Dec. 14 in the 1600 block of Caldwell Street, near Haskell and Fitzhugh avenues. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
