Three theft suspects, all teenagers, led the Grayson County Sheriffâs Office, LeitchÂfield Police Department and Kentucky State Police on a high-speed chase MonÂday night that started in LeitchÂfield and ended on the Western Kentucky Parkway in Hardin County.
At approximately 11 p.m. Monday, a homeowner in the 9000 block of Shrewsbury Road notified Grayson County Dispatch that multiple suspects had broken into a vehicle on his property and stole a lock box containing two firearms.
Upon encountering an unknown man on his property, the man asked a suspect what he was doing on his property, with the suspect responding that he was going to the bathroom. The victim then noticed the interior light of his truck was on. When the victim asked the man why the light was on in his truck, the suspect ran to a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz, with the vehicle nearly striking the victim as it sped away.

Three theft suspects, all teenagers, have led the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office, Leitchfield Police Department and Kentucky State Police on a high-speed chase that began on South Main Street and ended on the Western Kentucky Parkway in Hardin County.
