back and forts. you have the white house and add voe indica advocates talk about the abstract of this border policy and talking about asylum seekers and human smugglers. you can see here, you have a desperate family that is paid smugglers to take them, left this in this remote part of new mexico. you have folks on the government side who say, look, trying to take care of these people. it s too many coming across. i think it really provietds this point for the american people to consider what this mean frs the actual lives at stake. it highlights the difficulty. it s such a sad story and many would argue it is an example of the administration s cruelty. greg, i have to ask you this family is demanding answers to what happened. what rights does this little child s family have considering they are migrants? it s a tragic story to see
demanding answers. that s from a family of a migrant girl who died into custody. they also want an investigation of the circumstances that led to her death. the father disputes allegations that his daughter had been without food and water before crossing the border. what rights does this family have in this case? joining me now to talk about this is white house reporter at the associated press and greg brower, former u.s. attorney. jill, it appears that boarder patrol offici officials may have ignored warning signs that this little girl is in trouble. is this perhaps part of a larger story? do you think it tells us anything about the administration s hard line border policies we have been hearing so much about? it does. there s so much rhetoric going
