DENVER — The investigation is beginning into what caused United Airlines Flight 328 to experience catastrophic engine failure and drop airplane parts on Broomfield neighborhoods on Saturday afternoon.

The footage captured by Naru Kurokawa, 40, in Japan, has resurfaced amid calls from Boeing to ground its entire global fleet of 777-200s which use Pratt & Whitney PW4000 engines.

There have been no injuries, but parts have fallen at least three locations, Broomfield Police said.
