the barge is partially blocking the entrance to the saint francis yacht club. the u.s. coast guard said that barge was taking on water so they grounded it intentionally. there are reports the barge may have thousands of gallons of fuel on board and may be leaking. pollution investigators in fact are on the scene. there is no timeline on when the barge will be moved. no injuries were reported. well, some new hope for a bart extension into san jose all thanks to a boost from the feds. ...
