The autopsy showed her blood contained 24 times what would constitute a lethal dose of the drug. At her age today, the Santa Clara County District Attorneys Office charged two housemates with murder. One is accused of supplying the drugs and the other distributing them. We charge drunk drivers for murder. Under circumstances like this, we hold businesses accountable for dangerous practices which lead to the murder of their employees and we are holding these four individuals strictly and criminally accountable for their dangerous actions, which led to the death of this defenseless little girl, baby winter. Utterly devastated by what happened. Attorney greg mendez represents karen cartagena, the 71 year old drove into a family at fourth and king, killing a four Year Old Girl in a stroller. Police say it was a tragic accident. Mendez explains what led up to the collision. At the time of the incident, there were uh.
