Ron Jeremy was committed to a state mental health hospital after a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge ruled he was incompetent to stand trial on rape and other charges, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney told Reuters today.

The 21-year-old Santa Clarita man who was arrested in December for an alleged assault on a porch caught on a Ring camera following a possible road rage incident pled not guilty to two felony charges.

It is reported that porn actor Ron Jeremy has dementia, and has been ruled mentally incompetent to stand trial for 34 alleged sex crimes by an LA judge.

Jeremy's attorney told BuzzFeed News that the 69-year-old porn actor has "cognitive deficiencies" and cannot assist in his defense "because his memory is not there."

Ron Jeremy, the one-time king of porn, has "severe dementia" and will not be able to stand trial on sexual assault charges, according to a document obtained by The Times.

The suspect who was arrested on attempted murder in connection to the Black N’ Blue  shooting Halloween morning pleaded not guilty to five felony counts last month. 

Jurors found Andy Dick guilty of groping an Uber driver in 2018 and the actor must now register as a sex offender after spending 90 days in county jail.
