Student recruiter Wellspring International has acquired Quad Learning in a bid to expand into US community college recruitment, as well as other areas.

Australian digital platform StudyMe has announced it has been acquired by US-based student recruitment firm Wellspring International Education.

After months of wrangling, town halls, letters to the media and other public efforts, the decision was finally made Monday afternoon. Kerr County will continue to use the Hart Interactive
