After a pretty wild and fun game yesterday, the Jays look for their fifth win in a row this afternoon.
This is a pretty nice stat:
#BlueJays starters have given up 3 ER or fewer in 14 straight.

Happy Springer day to you and yours!
Before we all turn our attention to George’s Blue Jays debut, here’s a little video to commemorate Vladdy’s record breaking night:
Last night, he made HISTORY.
We have so many reasons to be excited about what’s to come for this team:
we were so excited about the Jays lineup before the season but beyond God Level Vlad Jr., they ve got 7 games from Teoscar, Semien & Biggio have been meh, Gurriel has been bad, Bo hasn t heated up yet, and Springer hasn t even played a game
Bad defense costs Jays, lose to Royals

Blue Jays 5 Royals 7
Bad defense and not the greatest of starts from Anthony Kay (though if plays were made behind him, it would have looked much better) put us in a huge hole. The offense tried to fight back.
Cavan Biggio and Lourdes Gurriel had a rough night with the glove. I’ve thought Cavan had been fine at third, tonight he wasn’t. He had some balls go through him. Two errors, and one more than he should have been able to field. Both errors were on balls hit hard, but then that’s what you get at third base.
