Family of murder victim fights in court to get back their home that killer gave to his relatives

FOX 2 - Michelle Singh and her sister are in a battle to take back their family home - from the relatives of the man who murdered her mother.
In February 2018, her mother Martha Watters was found murdered. The suspect, who was eventually charged with 1st Degree Murder, her stepfather Gregory Agnew.

While Gregory Agnew awaited trial, Michelle Singh says he used a quit claim deed and signed over their family home on Dorset in Ypsilanti Township - to his mother and sister for a dollar.

ANN ARBOR, MI – Gregory Agnew will continue to spend the rest of his life behind bars after losing his first appeal to the state’s high court.
Stating there were no errors made by the trial court warranting a reversal, the Michigan Court of Appeals affirmed Thursday, Feb. 18, the conviction of Gregory Agnew, 53, who was found guilty, Sept. 6, 2019, for the first-degree premeditated murder of his estranged wife Martha Agnew.
Martha Agnew, 49, was found dead of strangulation February 17, 2018 in the bed of an Ypsilanti Township home she was sharing with Gregory Agnew while the two were going through a divorce.
