With the fall season officially underway, the tri-state area continues to offer an abundance of activities for the budget-conscious.

Rev. Drumwright was arrested for disorderly conduct and failing to leave a demonstration when instructed in October 2020. Drumwright was acquitted in February.

The North Carolina Court of Appeals overturned a June 2021 order to release unredacted police body camera footage from the Oct. 31, 2020, “I Am Change” march to the polls in Graham that ended in the use of pepper spray and 23 arrests. The vote was 2-1.

Parties in Drumwright v. Cole report the suit against Alamance County Sheriffs Office and the Graham Police is settled.

The family and attorneys of a slain High Point teenager will pursue a civil suit against Davidson County Sheriffs Office and others.

Federal judge allows suit against Alamance County and the City of Graham over the Oct. 31 crackdown on the "I am Change" march can go forward.

A Grand Jury ruled that the detective involved will not face charges.
