Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana directed the police to not take any coercive action against the two accused until the next hearing on March 15.
A Delhi Court on Tuesday granted bail to 22-year old climate activist Disha Ravi, who was arrested by the Delhi police from her Bengaluru residence on February 13 in the farmers protest toolkit case. The Court granted her bail on two sureties of Rupees One Lakh each.
Disha Ravi was arrested from Bengaluru on February 15 for her alleged connection with the toolkit case related to the ongoing farmers' protests and has been in police custody since then. Shantanu Muluk who is also allegedly involved in creating the toolkit was earlier granted transit anticipatory bail by the Bombay High Court.
