senator harry reid said there will be no vote on it. it s obscene. the law says the president has to produce this. budget law says by a week ago yesterday must produce. greta: why doesn t he get together with his colleague, a democrat and united states senate and have a vote up or down. the law also says the house must produce a budget and senate must produce a budget by april 15th. we passed our budget on time. we re going pass our budget on time. a we think it s moral obligation but legal obligation. greta: there is no recourse? senator reid is saying he will not bring up the budget. he won t pass a budget this year as well. greta: why not? because i don t think they want to show you just the kind of tax increases this for the government they have built. i don t think they are willing
