Tyheem Menardy, 26 – who has 33 prior arrests, including previous groping-related raps – was nabbed Wednesday and charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse in connection to the March 24, 26 and 29 crimes, according to police and a complaint filed in Manhattan Criminal Court.
