Last year, the comprehensive addiction and recovery act was passed by the house and the senate and passed into law. And it provided stakeholders resources to combat the heroine and Opioid Epidemic. We passed an act at the end of 114th congress that added an additional 100 billion of funding to combat this epidemic. In both of these were college in no small measure because of the bipartisan work done by this task force. Then the analysis that suggests you cant draw the causation creates a great question that actually undermines most of what is in the report. If you say that it contributed, that would be the headline. If you are an american person sitting at the Kitchen Table today we can play with semantics all we want but it was acknowledged that the way this contributed to the deaths that is an accurate statement. Would you agree with that as well that if it contributed to the cause of death . Who i think a careful reading with a show that in some of those cases they might have lived longer and they could have had a better quality of life at the end and so on is that true or not . Who would you agree that it contributed to the death of veterans . I would say that it may have contributed to their death but we cant say conclusively that it caused.
