Prodways Group has been selected by the French government as one of the winners of the Stimulus plan for the industrial sector and has been awarded a €3.3 million grant. This support is part of the France Relance program funded by the French government.
The Futur3D project to which these funds will be dedicated, representing €13.1 million of investments by 2023, will enhance the Group s technologies by developing the next generations of products and services. This R&D program aims in particular to develop and improve the printer offer and to implement software functionalities that are increasingly relevant to industrial production.

A strategic partnership with a local specialized player
Groupe Gorgé, through its brand ECA Group, and Total Marine Technology (TMT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to combine their expertise in the domain of unmanned technologies in order to partner for the SEA 1905 Phase 1 - Tranche 1 Program of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) for their future Maritime Mine Countermeasures and Military Survey Capability.
Both companies are highly skilled in robotics equipment for harsh maritime environments and have been serving customers in the Defence and Security domain for many years. Prodways Group announces that the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF) approved its 2020 Universal Registration Document including the Annual Financial Report on April 30, 2021.
The Universal Registration Document is available to the public in accordance with French law and may be viewed or downloaded at www.prodways-group.com, under the Financial information section, Informations financières in French, the English version will be available in the coming days. The Universal Registration Document is also available on the AMF s website (www.amf-france.org).

Drones & Systems: strong growth in robotics revenues
Turnover is up strongly by more than 20% thanks to the change in dimension of this activity since 2019. The primary driver of this growth is
the ramp-up of the large-scale project with the Belgian and Dutch navies in underwater mine hunting, whose contribution has more than doubled in one year
. Numerous other robotics contracts won, as well as the associated recurring services (maintenance, spare parts, etc.) also contributed to the increase in revenue. These projects include the modernisation of equipment for several navies in Europe and Asia. Finally, the aeronautics sector continues its gradual recovery, benefiting from the geographical diversification of its customers, particularly in Asia where air traffic is picking up.
