Subscriber only A NURSE previously embroiled in phoenixing claims relating to Queensland One Homes has been caught drunk behind the wheel. Amber Patrice Callender pleaded guilty in the Southport Magistrates Court on Tuesday for dangerous operation of a vehicle and drink driving. The 40-year-old blew 0.082 per cent blood alcohol level after being seen driving erratically by police on Guanaba Creek Rd, Guanaba on December 20 last year. Callender had two glasses of wine and was driving home from a friend s place when she was stopped by police. Magistrate Grace Kahlert fined Callender $5350 and disqualified her from driving for six months.
