Briefs Library announces change in hours The Carrabassett Valley Public Library has announced a change in hours for the winter and in observation of the holiday. The facility is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The library will be closed Dec 24 and 25 and Jan. 1.
