妨害離岸風電施工案偵結 檢起訴12漁民 - 社會

雲林地檢署偵辦雲林漁民妨害離岸風電施工案，今天偵結以詐欺等罪嫌起訴李姓等12名漁民，8名漁民坦承犯行獲緩起訴處分，另1名漁民獲不起訴；被起訴的漁民感到無奈，將委任律師向法院據理力爭，維護清白。雲林地檢署主任檢察宮吳文成表示，李姓男子等人雖都是領有船員證的漁民，卻以漁網被工程船絞網為由，向開發離岸風電開發商允能公司索取數萬到數十萬元補償金；其中3名漁民分開3艘快艇逼迫工程船，並向工程人員恐嚇「不開船回去，就要開船撞你們」等方式，阻礙工作船航行及進行施工。
