Five years after first opening the doors of St. Augustine Preparatory Academy on Milwaukee’s South Side, Gus Ramirez former CEO of HUSCO International and founder of the Ramirez Family Foundation, stood in the middle of a brand-new stage in a brand-new building on Tuesday morning, to celebrate another major milestone for the growing private Christian school.

$24 million investment will help create northside Augustine Prep, making a mega-school.

Less than a month after purchasing the former Cardinal Stritch University and announcing plans to turn the property into a K-12 school, Gus Ramirez of The Ramirez Family Foundation said Tuesday that the new school could start classes by Fall 2025. 

Purchased by Ramirez Family Foundation, which runs St. Augustine Preparatory Academy.

K4-12 private choice school adding new $49 million school building.

The Ramirez Family Foundation announced on Wednesday, July 26 that it has acquired the Cardinal Stritch University campus in an agreement worth $24 million.
