With the deadline just three days away the president and congressional leaders met at the white house for more talks. John boehner said he developed a backup plan to avert yearend tax increases if the negotiations with president obama stalls, this occurs in the backdrop of an economic that is bettering on housing and employment data, the Global Economy continues fragile with the european debt crisis and china i in in.
