Penn State Hillel celebrated the grand opening of its permanent home on Sept. 9 in a new building in downtown State College. The Bernard and Nancy Gutterman Family Center for Jewish Life will help serve the approximately 5,000 students at the University.

Hillel’s new home, the Gutterman Center for Student Life, will soon open at the corner of Beaver Avenue and Garner Street. The 18,000 square foot property features lounge space, large event spaces, a commercial Kosher kitchen, and a private terrace on the second floor.
